Job summary

PalAmerican Security is hiring an Unarmed Security Guard in Houston, TX. The role involves patrols on foot or by vehicle, serving as a visible deterrent and providing superior customer care while maintaining detailed incident logs.

Candidates should have a Level II Security License (TOPS) or be willing to obtain it before onboarding, along with a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license. Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or GED and at least 2 years of security experience. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must have Level II Security License (TOPS) or obtain prior to onboarding.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of security experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong integrity; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sites on foot or by vehicle.
• Act as a visible deterrent to unlawful activity.
• Provide superior customer care and empathy to all individuals.
• Keep logs and write detailed incident reports.
• Respond quickly to security incidents and suspicious activity.

Ideal candidates have a Level II Security License through TOPS prior to applying or willing to obtain prior to onboarding. Hourly rate is $17.75. Shifts may vary. MUST be 21 years of age. Have a valid drivers license.
