Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Full-Time Unarmed Security Officer for an Industrial Plant/Refinery site in Donaldsonville, LA. TWIC card required. Weekly pay and rotating day/night schedule with weekends and holidays. Starting pay is $15.00–$16.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include providing customer service, enforcing safety procedures, responding to incidents calmly, and patrolling the site as assigned. Minimum qualifications apply.

Qualifications

• Active TWIC card required.
• Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean driving record.
• Minimum of 1 year verifiable security experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.

• Shift Hours:
• 5:45 AM - 5:45 PM

Starting Pay

• $15.00 - $16.50/hour (Based on Experience)

Minimum Qualifications

• Active TWIC Card
• Valid Louisiana Driver's License (held at least 1 year) with a clean driving record

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universalwill consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
