Job summary

Allied Universal in Bloomington, MN is hiring a Security Guard at $23.65 per hour, Monday–Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Requires minimum 2 years of security experience or more, must be 21+, and hold a high school diploma. No experience necessary with opportunities for promotion and career development.

You will provide client security across industries, perform patrols, and respond to incidents while following site policies and emergency procedures.

As a Security Guard, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
