GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Guard – Tech Client in Mountain View, CA. The role emphasises customer service while safeguarding people and property in office towers, hotels, and shopping environments.

The position requires a state security license, 32-hour BSIS trainings, and 9–12 months of security experience. A valid U.S. work authorization and a high school diploma or GED are essential. Uniforms are provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors; verify identity and guide visitors.
• Manage access control and patrol assigned areas.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify risks and safety hazards.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Prepare and write incident reports; communicate concerns.
• Safeguard people and property.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: Mountain View, CA
• Schedule: Full-time / Saturday / Sunday, 6:00am - 2:30pm. Monday / Tuesday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm.

Responsibilities of a Security Guard - Tech Client

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Security Guard - Tech Client

• You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Must have a minimum of nine months to one year of security experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have active driver's license
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
