Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company in North America, is hiring a Security Guard in Minnesota. You will protect client sites across industries, perform safety procedures, patrol premises, and respond calmly to incidents.

A valid driver's license and clean driving history are required; no prior experience is necessary and opportunities for advancement exist. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required in accordance with laws; drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and emergency responses.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with site conditions varying by client.
