You will supervise all shifts, document incidents, and respond swiftly to security events while ensuring the safety of people and property on site.

As a Security Officer - Site Lead – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalated in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard / Site Lead

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• TN Security License
• Valid Driver's License
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
