Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of company buildings, grounds, and parking areas to identify security concerns and safety hazards.
• Monitor and control entry and departure of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles per access procedures.
• Verify identification and visitor authorization; maintain sign-in and escort requirements.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms; investigate unusual activity and report concerns.
• Respond to alarms and incidents, coordinating with management and responders as needed.
• Address unauthorized access and policy violations with de-escalation and adherence to procedures and laws.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting daily activities and incidents.
• Perform routine checks of security systems and emergency equipment; report malfunctions promptly.
• Operate screening equipment when assigned and trained.
