Pay Rate: $20.46 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri 09:45 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat 09:45 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity in accordance with site policies, while documenting incidents and communicating relevant information to supervisors and/or local personnel.
• Support a professional environment by assisting with wayfinding, observing for policy violations, and reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
