You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, assist visitors, and communicate clearly with staff and guests. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Fri: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, guests, vendors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a public cultural and recreational location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of park grounds, walkways, entrances, event areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, medical situations, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed.
• Monitor activity throughout the property during daily operations, programs, and special events, helping to maintain orderly use of public spaces and helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
