As an Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a financial institution location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control and badge processes, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain visitor and contractor records in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, trading-floor-adjacent areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications for Allied Universal and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
