Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.

• Be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Verify visitor identities and manage guest registration and access processes.

What You'll Do

• Provide a professional, welcoming front-desk presence for employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Verify visitor identities, manage guest registration and access processes, and direct authorized individuals in accordance with established financial institution protocols.
• Monitor lobby activity, access-control systems, alarms, and other assigned security-related equipment; report irregularities or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident documentation, and shift handoff information while providing exceptional customer service.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
