Candidates should have prior security-related experience, familiarity with security equipment, and the ability to stand and walk during patrols. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security, military, law enforcement, or related fields.
• Familiarity with security equipment.
• Ability to stand and/or walk assigned patrols.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Fill out reports with a high level of detail.
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.
• Report facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes.
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations.
• Annotate events during shift using provided software.
• Make regular patrols around the property and scan predetermined points.
• Work as part of a team.
