GardaWorld Security is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Pittsburgh, PA. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service while managing access and guiding visitors across office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities include greetings, verifying identities, patrolling, incident response, and reporting. Relevant experience in security or military roles is a plus; background checks and screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Must pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills required
• Advanced computer skills requested
• Experience in Security, Military or Law Enforcement is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, verify identities and guide guests
• Manage access control procedures
• Conduct patrols to identify risks and ensure safety
• Inspect and report on security equipment and maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Prepare and submit incident reports and communicate concerns
• Protect people and property across assigned sites
