Allied Universal in Wisconsin's Appleton area is hiring a Security Guard. No experience required; training provided; you'll protect clients across various sites and uphold safety procedures.

Responsibilities include customer service, responding to incidents, and conducting patrols around client sites; must be 18+ and able to pass background check and drug screen. Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Background investigation required per federal, state, and local laws; criminal histories considered as required by law
• Drug screen required where permitted by law
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment; a valid driver’s license required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; environments may vary by client site
