Allied Universal in California is seeking a Security Guard for the swing shift to protect client sites across industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of law enforcement or military police experience, a valid CA Guard Card, a CA driver's license with a clean driving record, and open availability. Duties include safety procedures, incident response, and regular patrols.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of Law Enforcement/Military police/Corrections experience.
• Must have a current CA Guard Card with training certificates.
• Must have a valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record for more than 1 year.
• Must have open availability.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and maintain calm, problem-solving approaches.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; job site conditions vary by client.
