The Surveillance position is responsible for monitoring camera systems, gate activity, access points, common areas, roadways, and other designated locations to help support the safety and security of the community. This position observes live and recorded footage, identifies suspicious activity, rule violations, unauthorized access, traffic concerns, gate issues, and incidents that may require follow-up by patrol, management, or other staff.
The Surveillance position is also responsible for documenting activity, saving or reviewing video footage when needed, communicating important information to patrol or supervisors, assisting with citation verification, and helping prepare reports related to gate access, violations, incidents, and other security-related activity. This role helps management track patterns, review staff activity, and provide accurate information to the client regarding surveillance findings and operational concerns.
As a Security Guard, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.
