As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Inspection in Durham, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine rounds, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate clearly, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while following site-specific policies, security-related procedures, and emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, reporting unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
