As a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Driver in Coral Gables, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a utilities location, you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility-related facilities, grounds, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and help maintain orderly entry and exit procedures for authorized personnel and contractors.
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and shift documentation while communicating relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess supervisory experience.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
