Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Guard Full-Time Driver in Oregon, OH. You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor access, and deliver professional customer service at a chemical/petrochemical site.

This full-time role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Shifts are mornings, with a 40-hour workweek, paid at $20.50 per hour.

Job Description

As a Security Guard Full-Time Driver in Oregon, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a chemical and petrochemical facility.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas, including facility grounds, access points, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter locations, while observing and reporting unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, controlling entry and exit, and documenting visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency protocols and promptly notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and help to deter unauthorized access and policy violations through a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
