Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard for afternoon shifts in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. You will protect clients in a manufacturing and industrial setting, provide customer service, perform routine patrols, monitor access, and respond to security concerns with professionalism.

• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor entry requirements, and maintain security logs and reports.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner and follow emergency procedures.
• Communicate observations and maintenance concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Pay Rate: $19.47 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Tue 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Wed 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Thur 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Fri 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor entry requirements, and maintain accurate security-related logs and reports.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns promptly to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
