Responsibilities

• Interact professionally with residents, guests, and vendors to handle day-to-day requests.
• Coordinate with building management and staff for smooth operations.
• Log and track building keys for move-ins/move-outs and access control.
• Maintain building safety, monitor cameras, and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Log shift activities and ensure proper handovers between shifts.
• Patrol interior and perimeter to identify risks and enforce policy.
• Assist with package deliveries and manage vendor deliveries.
• Escalate issues as required to maintain safety and security.
