Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard to protect clients across various industries, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education and Government. The role offers a pay rate of $19.24 per hour and requires 100% availability.

As a frontline security professional, you will implement site-specific procedures, respond to incidents calmly, and perform routine patrols to safeguard premises and people. This position is on-site and requires compliance with licensing and background checks.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
