Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Enhanced Unarmed Port in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will protect client sites across industries by enforcing safety, security procedures, and emergency response when needed.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents calmly, conducting regular patrols around the facility, and adapting to site-specific policies. Applicants must meet minimum age, education, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of security experience.
• Guard card is required.
• Background investigation and drug screen as per laws.
• A valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21+ years of age for role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Minimum of 1year of security experience.
• Guard card is required.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. *A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only
