• Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories per laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will deliver professional customer service, communicate clearly with visitors and personnel, and respond to routine site needs with integrity, reliability, and a team-focused approach.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and around the perimeter, helping to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points, observe site activity, and report incidents or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and promptly.
