Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard in Rodeo, CA to protect clients across industries, including commercial real estate, healthcare, education and government. This temporary day, swing, and grave shift offers hands-on safety duties and customer service.

You will monitor premises, respond to incidents, and perform patrols while maintaining calm, professional conduct. Candidates must meet minimum requirements and be able to obtain necessary licenses and pass background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.*A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only

Schedule: Temporary (Day/Swing/Grave)

Pay: $24.95 / hour

Candidates must have a current CA driver's license (for more than a year) with a clean driving record and have open availibility with weekends and weekdays open.

As a Security Guard, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.
