Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check required in accordance with laws; criminal histories considered per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies; respond during emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, solution-focused manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; work environments vary by site.
