Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Background check as required by law; may consider criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws; driver’s license if driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
