Pay:

Starting pay $20.50 - $21.00 per hour

Available Schedules:

• Schedule 1 - Thursday - Friday 2300-0600 (7 hour shift each day in Inglewood, CA) & Sunday 2300-0700 (8 hour shift in Pico Rivera, CA) 22 hours weekly, this schedule is considered Part-Time with the ability to pick up extra shifts! This position is permanent.


• Schedule 2 - Sunday - Thursday 2300-0600 (7 hour shift each day in Pico Rivera, CA) 35 hours weekly, this schedule is considered Full-Time! This position is temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Qualifications: Minimum Licensing and Permit Requirements:

• Must possess a current BSIS Guard Card.


• Must possess a current BSIS Exposed Firearm License.


• Must possess a current BSIS Baton Permit


• Must possess your own physical Baton


• Must possess a current OC / Pepper Spray Certification and canisters


• Must possess a current CPR / First Aid Certification


• Must own all of your own firearm and gear, the company will not be providing them for you.


• Must have a CLEAN Drivers record for the past three years.


• Must have reliable transportation.

Qualifications, skills, and education requirements:

• Previous armed security experience


• Ability to read, write and understand and carry out written orders, policies, procedures, and instructions.


• Ability to write and understand English


• Demonstrate a positive attitude, outstanding customer service skills, and take the initiative in completing assigned tasks.


• Willing to accept shift work, weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed.


• Reliable transportation

• Able to pass a drug test and background check

Security Professional Responsibilities may include:

• Possess and maintain a valid State Guard Registration (guard card)


• Conduct vehicle/foot patrols alone


• Patrol and maintain general security of assigned property as described in Post Orders / SOP.


• Utilize a smartphone or similar device to maintain a Daily Activity Report, and create Incident and Facility Maintenance Reports.


• Maintain consistent performance, attendance, uniform appearance, and professional grooming.


• Maintain professional communications with clients, colleagues, and the public.


• Respond to emergency calls, including medical, fire, and damage to property.
