• Patrolling & Monitoring: Conducting regular foot or vehicle patrols of the premises to identify risks, such as unauthorized persons or safety hazards like fire and water leaks.
• Access Control: Managing entry and exit points by verifying identification, issuing visitor passes, and operating equipment like metal detectors and X-ray scanners.
• Surveillance: Monitoring CCTV camera feeds and alarm systems in real-time to detect suspicious behavior or security breaches.
• Emergency Response: Acting as a first responder during medical emergencies, fires, or criminal acts, including performing CPR/First Aid and coordinating with law enforcement.
• Reporting: Maintaining accurate daily logs and writing detailed incident reports for management or legal purposes.
• Rule Enforcement: Warning individuals of rule infractions and evicting trespassers using authorized force if necessary.
