Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas is seeking a full-time security guard to protect our Topeka office and employees. The role requires training and experience in law enforcement, with schedules Monday–Friday either 6:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. or 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Work location is Topeka, KS.

You will help maintain a safe workplace, respond to incidents, and collaborate with a team in a dynamic environment that values trust, stability, and a strong commitment to the community.

Qualifications

• Prior training and experience in law enforcement.
• Full-time availability.
• Ability to work early or evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Protect the property and employees of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas.
• Ensure the safety of staff during shifts.
• Respond to security incidents and coordinate with the team.
