• Candidates should have the ability to remain alert and calm under pressure, demonstrate sound judgment, and follow detailed procedures and post orders.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is beneficial.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Security Guard role based in the Toledo, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Security Guard is responsible for monitoring premises, conducting routine patrols, and ensuring adherence to access control procedures. Daily tasks include observing and reporting suspicious activity, responding to incidents and alarms, maintaining detailed logs, and cooperating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary. The role also involves interacting with visitors, employees, and clients, providing clear directions, and supporting a safe and orderly environment. Security Guards are expected to follow company policies, comply with all applicable regulations, and represent Tidal Security Solutions with professionalism and integrity.

• Background check and, where applicable, drug screening required in accordance with local laws and company policy.
