Freeman Health System in Joplin, MO is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for employees, visitors, and patients. You will provide courteous assistance and remain professional while monitoring Freeman properties.
The ideal candidate has de-escalation skills, a clean driving record, and a focus on customer service. Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience is preferred; POST or related certification is a plus.

Primary focus is to provide a safe environment for employees, visitors, and patients, and the security of Freeman properties. Provides assistance to visitors, employees, and patients as needed, always presenting oneself in a professional, customer service-oriented manner. Works independently.
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Shift TBD.
Clean driving record. Current driver's license.
Experience in security, law enforcement, corrections, or prior military service. POST or equivalent law enforcement certification, Corrections certification, Military Police certification, or degree in Law Enforcement or Criminal Justice.
