Role Description:

Full-time and Part-time on-site Security Guard positions based in the Denver area. The Security Guard is responsible for patrolling assigned properties, monitoring entrances and exits, and observing activities to deter theft, vandalism, and unsafe behavior. Daily tasks include completing incident and activity reports, responding to alarms or calls for assistance, and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when needed. The role also involves interacting with residents, tenants, visitors, and vendors, providing directions and support while maintaining a professional and calm presence. Security Guards are expected to follow post orders and company protocols, uphold safety standards, and contribute to a secure and welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with clients, residents, and visitors.
• Candidates should possess skills in On-Site Security, including patrolling, access control, and incident response.
• Reliable judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful or emergency situations.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods and meet physical requirements of the role.
• Basic report writing and communication skills, including clear documentation of incidents and activities.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to pass any required background checks, licensing requirements, and training mandated by state or local regulations.
