Job summary

Softswiss is seeking a proactive Security GRC Specialist to join our Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance team. You will support security reviews, risk assessments, policy development, and security initiatives across the company.

You will collaborate with Engineering, IT, Legal, HR, and business stakeholders to embed security into processes, drive Security Awareness programs, and contribute to Security by Design and third-party risk management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Information Security, Security GRC, IT Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, or related fields.
• Experience conducting security assessments or reviews.
• Experience developing security policies and governance documentation.
• Experience planning or supporting security awareness programs and phishing simulations.
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools.
• Basic scripting or workflow automation skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform Security Reviews for internal projects and changes.
• Conduct Vendor Security Assessments and support third-party risk management.
• Participate in Security by Design reviews by identifying security risks early.
• Develop, review, and maintain security policies and governance docs.
• Support governance initiatives, including risk assessments and control implementation.
• Coordinate and improve Security Awareness initiatives and training programs.
• Measure effectiveness of security awareness through reporting and metrics.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize GRC processes.
