Allied Universal Security Services seeks a Security Flex Officer at a warehouse in Bridgewater, MA. The role offers full-time hours Monday through Friday, with weekends included, and a starting rate of $20.44 per hour with paid orientation.

The Flex Officer will work across multiple sites, performing patrols, monitoring access, and responding to incidents while using our shift-pickup platform. This position emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required by law.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or client vehicles.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments.
• Able to operate radio/telephone equipment and monitor consoles.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits; observe for security concerns and hazards.
• Sound alarms or contact authorities in emergencies.
• Deter violations and ensure appropriate client requirements.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports; maintain logs.
