Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a part-time Security Flex Officer in Springfield, IL. This role supports short-term security assignments, with weekend availability and placement at multiple client sites. Compensation is $17.00–$18.50 per hour, with a full benefits package and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include providing high-level customer service, access control duties, and strong safety awareness while supporting staffing at busy accounts and during start-ups at new sites.

Qualificações

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma OR GED.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.
• Must have reliable means of transportation & communication.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record for some locations.

Flex Officer Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
