GardaWorld Security Services in Santa Barbara, CA is hiring a Special Response/Flex Security Guard to adapt quickly between locations and shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will monitor, patrol, control access, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED. California Guard Card (BSIS) is preferred; GardaWorld offers assistance to obtain the license if needed.
