Job summary

Clari + the company is recruiting a Manager, Security Engineering and Operations to lead a hybrid team of security analysts and engineers. You will own vulnerability management, incident response, and the deployment of security tooling across AWS and GCP.

You will drive a security automation mindset, implement secure-by-default architectures, and translate technical risk into business context for the CISO and executives. This is a remote US-based opportunity with broad impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience in Security Engineering or Operations.
• Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and Postgres.
• Experience building or maturing a vulnerability management program across code, containers, and cloud infra.
• Ability to mentor teams and lead incident responses.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a hybrid team of analysts and engineers.
• Oversee the vulnerability management lifecycle with precision.
• Bridge Security Engineering and Security Operations to create preventive and detective controls.
• Drive automation and AI to reduce manual triage and accelerate response.
• Lead incident and infrastructure security, including SIEM, CNAPP, SWG, EDR, and scanners.
• Collaborate with Engineering to secure production environments and communicate risks to executives.
