Teleperformance is seeking a mission-driven Security Analyst & Engineer to join our information security team, supporting regulated operations. This role suits mid-level IT security professionals focused on risk management, compliance, and applying best practices to meet client and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will contribute as an active individual performer, ensure adherence to security policies, and implement controls across frameworks such as NIST and FISMA.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, IT, CS, or relevant federal work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a federal cybersecurity capacity.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCA or CCP.
• Experience with NIST 800-53/171, RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC.
• SIEM, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management experience.
• Regulatory knowledge including CMMC, PCI-DSS, ISO2700, HIPAA, etc.
• Cloud security familiarity (AWS, Azure, GovCloud, FedRAMP).
• System administration across multiple platforms.
• Basic IT Project Management knowledge.

Job Summary

We are seeking a mission-driven Security Analyst & Engineer to join our information security team supporting our business operations. This role is ideal for professionals with mid-level background in IT security, risk management, and compliance with regulated security frameworks. A successful candidate will be an active individual contributor ensuring compliance with corporate security policies, standards, and processes and is responsible for the effective implementation of IT security best practices, client and regulatory requirements. Candidate should be curious, an out-of-the-box thinker who is solution-oriented, and innovative in bringing marketplace solutions to highly regulated projects.

Job Details

This position is 100% work at home. While this position will be working from home, this candidate must be located within the US and be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. Due to security clearance needs, this position requires US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team of Information Security professionals supporting the enterprise.
• Design and implement security controls aligned with frameworks under NIST controls, FISMA boundary management, and Defense Industrial Base security frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant federal work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a federal cybersecurity capacity.
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCA or CCP, or other risk-focused credentials.
• Work experience and understanding of federal cybersecurity frameworks (NIST 800- 53/171, RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC).
• Work experience with SIEM tools, endpoint protection platforms, and vulnerability management systems.
• Experience with regulatory requirements including but not limited to CMMC, PCI-DSS, ISO2700, HIPAA, etc.
• Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GovCloud, FedRAMP).
• Experience in a system administration role supporting multiple platforms and applications.
• Basic knowledge of IT Project Management.
