Qualifications

• Master’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field with 1 year of relevant security engineering experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience.
• Experience with application and infrastructure security on-premise and in Cloud environments; OWASP/CWE knowledge.
• Experience with software security threat vectors, threat modeling, attack surface analysis, design reviews, source code reviews, penetration testing or vulnerability assessments.

Responsibilities

• Perform security assessments of business-initiated projects to drive adoption of security controls.
• Collaborate with global teams to embed security early in major technology initiatives and enhance detection capabilities.
• Review architectures (client/server, cloud, web, mobile) to identify gaps and ensure policy alignment.
• Conduct application security risk assessments across the SDLC and coordinate with vulnerability management teams.
• Perform secure code reviews for Java, React, and Python to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen posture.
• Evaluate third‑party system integrations and validate security controls across platforms.
• Communicate findings, risks, and gaps clearly to stakeholders and engineers through reports and presentations.
