What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and document security standards and policies
- Assist with installation, configuration, and operation of new security products and procedures
- Deploy, troubleshoot, maintain, and administer security solutions
- Participate in vulnerability scans and prioritize and remediate discovered vulnerabilities
- Monitor infrastructure for security breaches or intrusions and participate in incident response activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-10 years' experience in Information Security and Engineering
- Strong background in both data/information security and system engineering
- Possession of both deep and wide expertise in the security space
- Experience deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining security solutions
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure environments
- Experience with MS 365
- Experience in specific industry verticals (healthcare, biotechnology, government, department of defense)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Documentation and communication skills
