Job summary

Reliable Robotics in Mountain View, CA is hiring a Security Engineer to strengthen our IT and security stack. You will secure endpoints across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android, implement zero-trust concepts, and automate security operations using modern tooling.

You will collaborate with the client platform team, support development infrastructure, and contribute to threat hunting and incident response. A security-focused background and strong scripting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an IT/Infrastructure Security, SecOps, or Corporate Infrastructure Security role.
• Strong understanding of endpoint OS configurations at scale via MDM platforms.
• Deep knowledge of SSL certificates, PKI, and credential management.
• Solid networking fundamentals and secure network architecture concepts.
• Scripting proficiency to automate security operations and log ingestion.
• Experience with modern endpoint protection tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor security tools for internal needs and safety requirements.
• Secure daily drivers and support development infrastructure.
• Enforce security configurations on endpoints (macOS, Windows, iOS, Android).
• Design and maintain access control schemes; enable SSO and zero-trust designs.
• Automate infrastructure as code and build reproducible security solutions.
• Perform log analysis, threat hunting, and investigate security alerts.
