Job summary

This role acts as a technical responder for cybersecurity incidents, performing investigation, containment, remediation, and follow-up across Commercial and regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Minimum 5+ years in cybersecurity or related roles.
• Experience investigating and responding to cybersecurity alerts and incidents.
• Experience with enterprise security technologies (EDR, SIEM, vulnerability management, cloud security).
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day security monitoring and incident response activities, including alert triage, investigation, containment, remediation, recovery, and documentation.
• Investigates security events and incidents using endpoint, identity, network, cloud, SIEM, and other telemetry.
• Coordinates with IT teams and third-party providers during investigations and remediation of incidents.
• Identifies root causes and suggests improvements to reduce recurrence.
• Maintains security platforms and controls across endpoints, identity, cloud, network, and vulnerability management.
