Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 operational support for privileged management solutions (CyberArk, Vault, PKI).
• Manage secret lifecycle, patching, upgrades, and incident resolution; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Assist in implementing system enhancements and automated integrations under senior guidance.
