Listen Labs is seeking an engineer who builds security into a complex AI-native product. You will write real code, ship real fixes, and understand how systems are built to prevent breaks.

The role focuses on securing multi-tenant data, AI agent integrations, and a secure CI pipeline in a fast-growing environment. You will work in a modern backend stack (TypeScript, Terraform) and partner with product engineers to ship trustworthy features.

Qualifications

• Experience building security into production software.
• Ability to read production code and ship fixes.
• Understanding of trust boundaries and threat models.

Responsibilities

• Design protections for data at rest and in use within a multi-tenant platform.
• Model threats for AI-native components and review risk in deployments.
• Integrate secure-by-default libraries into CI pipelines.
• Review architecture and pull requests, and implement fixes.
