Meta's Client Security team seeks experienced Security Engineers to design and develop solutions ensuring data and systems are accessed only by trusted devices and that security policies are enforced on client devices.

Responsibilities include building attestation tools, PKI and certificate management, deploying systems to mitigate risks, and collaborating with other teams. Minimum qualifications include 2+ years in security infra and software development.

• 2+ years of combined experience designing and deploying security infrastructure (PKI, key management, and certificate management).
• 2+ years of software development experience in PHP, Golang, Python, C/C++, Rust, or Ruby.
• Experience applying fundamental security concepts to systems.
• B.S. in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Summary:

Meta's Client Security team is seeking experienced Security Engineers who have a track record of solving complex security problems at scale. Client Security Engineers design and develop solutions to ensure Meta's data and systems can only be accessed by trusted devices, and that applicable security policies are enforced on devices.

3. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)


4. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)


5. OS development experience (Windows, Mac, Linux)


6. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

Public Compensation:

$122,000/year to $181,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
