Decagon is seeking a Security Engineer to enhance the security foundations of its conversational AI platform in San Francisco. Your responsibilities will include implementing security controls, building automated security tools, and collaborating with engineering teams to strengthen defenses against modern threats.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in security engineering, familiarity with application security concepts, and a natural curiosity for technology.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in security engineering with strong software fundamentals.
• Familiarity with application security concepts including authentication and secure practices.
• Ability to write production-quality code and build necessary tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Implement security controls across the agent platform.
• Build security tooling and automation including remediation pipelines.
• Partner with engineering teams to design authentication systems.
