Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity
• 2+ years with cybersecurity tools selection, design, deployment, maintenance and operations
• 2+ years of engineering in network and cloud security (IDS, IPS, WAF, DDOS, SIEM, SWG, SASE, ZTNA, CASB)
• Working knowledge of networking and cloud security concepts
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements
• Automation experience with Python or similar scripting

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network and cloud cybersecurity solutions for complex problems
• Identify short-term risk mitigations while driving systemic improvements
• Support cybersecurity goals and influence projects with technical judgment
• Maintain and optimize security tools with patching, monitoring, and automation
• Implement robust alerting and streamline architectures to reduce overhead
• Conduct user experience testing and communicate with stakeholders
• Detect and respond to security incidents; perform root cause analysis
• Leverage AI tech to automate tasks and enhance troubleshooting
