Job summary

Willsfly Technologies Inc is seeking a Security Engineer to strengthen enterprise product engineering, security maturity, and long-range continuity across software platforms.

The role requires 7-9 years in security roles (enterprise security, IAM, cloud security) with a strong focus on secure systems, access models, and cross-team collaboration. Hybrid work in Virginia is offered with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise security, IAM, cloud security, or engineering-aligned protection roles.
• Strong understanding of secure systems, access models, and compliance-aware architecture.
• Ability to work across engineering, architecture, and platform teams in structured environments.
• Experience with enterprise-grade security practices and operational maturity.
• Experience with cloud governance, secure DevOps, or platform protection models.
• Exposure to enterprise compliance and audit readiness.
• Understanding of zero-trust or role-aware architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, CS or Information Security preferred.
• Security+ / CISSP / cloud security certification preferred.
