Job summary

Vertex Agility is a technology consultancy partnering with global enterprises across cloud, security and digital transformation. We’re looking for a hands-on Security Engineer to help secure an AI-powered commercial and marketing decision platform.

Harden AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, APIs and networking; implement IAM, RBAC and secrets management; secure AI/agentic workflows; protect RAG pipelines and memory stores; perform threat modelling and security reviews; embed security

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Cloud/Security engineering across AWS/Azure and Kubernetes.
• Experience in IAM, RBAC and secrets management with least-privilege access.
• Familiarity with security for AI/LLM workflows and DevSecOps practices.

We’re looking for a hands-on Security Engineer to help secure an AI-powered commercial and marketing decision platform

What You’ll Do

• Harden AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, APIs and networking, excellent comms and stakeholder management.
• Implement IAM, RBAC, secrets management and least-privilege access
• Secure AI/agentic workflows against prompt injection, jailbreaks and data leakage
• Protect RAG pipelines, agent tools and memory stores
• Conduct threat modelling and security reviews
• Apply OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications & MITRE ATLAS
• Embed security into development through DevSecOps
• Build security monitoring and support incident response

What We’re Looking For

hands-on experience in Cloud Security, Cyber Security, Application Security or DevSecOps, with strong AWS/Azure and Kubernetes experience, excellent comms and stakeholder management.

Experience with LLM/GenAI security, RAG, AI red teaming, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, Garak or PyRIT is a strong advantage.
